IMPORTANT UPDATE

The Coronavirus Pandemic is having a major impact on all of us and conditions are changing on a daily basis.  Please note that we are reacting to the current situation with some updated business practices.  These changes are effective immediately and subject to change without notice.

The following information may be useful to you as you continue as a valued customer of Kensington Insurance Agency:

 • We are open for business and will continue to serve you!  The Governor of Minnesota has issued a ‘Shelter In Place’ Executive Order to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus.  The same Order also lists the insurance industry as an ‘Essential Business’ for the residents of the state.  We have made some minor adjustments to our daily operations with a portion of our staff working remotely to limit exposure.

• We are restricting travel not deemed as immediately necessary and as a result are ceasing in-person visits.  In the short term, our agents and office personnel are available by phone and email to continue to serve you.

• Several of our companies are working with us in regards to delayed payments of premium.   These companies recognize that with the current situation some of our policyholders are dealing with an economic hardship.  If you are not able to pay your premium, please reach out to our office immediately to determine what options are available. 

Our goal is to continue to respond to the ongoing needs of our policyholders while doing what we can to support the health and safety of our staff and community.  While this can be a challenging time, we’d like to offer our assistance as we work through this!
